Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets allowed per unit
Pet deposit: $300 (non-refundable)
Pet rent: $15 per pet, per month
Weight limit: 65 lbs
No aggressive breeds permitted
Cats accepted if spayed or neutered
Screening Standards
Applications may be denied for any of the following reasons. All applicants are subject to background, credit, and rental history screening.
Falsification or incomplete application
Insufficient income (all applicants combined)
Criminal conviction history of violent, drug-related, or sexual crimes
Felonies of theft or violent crimes — automatic denial; other felonies reviewed case by case
Poor credit history (previous bankruptcy may require additional deposit)
Non-payment or frequent late payment of rent (may require additional deposit)
Eviction within the past 3 years · Must have verifiable rental history
Poor housekeeping or poor supervision of occupants
Unruly or destructive behavior by applicant, occupants, or guests
Violence to person or property by applicant, occupants, or guests
